How to open file with .SBE extension?

.SBE is the file extension developed by Safer-Networking Ltd. for the needs of their proprietary software. The files with the .SBE extension belong to the "Settings Files " category. After downloading and installing the software in our system, files with the .SBE extension should be automatically associated with the new application.
